- 40 mL soy sauce
- 40 mL mirin
- 15 grams ginger
- 25 grams spring onion
- red chilli
- 2 Tbsp. chilli flakes
- 200 grams bamboo (rinsed and drained, vacuum-packed cooked, or tinned is fine)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 100 mL soy sauce
- 2 tsp. caster sugar
- chilli flakes (to taste)
