Awesome results... my tips... shift flour as you stir in and whisk until flour browns to about peanut butter color, whisk in broth or drippings and then you can thicken on low. I boil the neck and gizzards in a pint of water or so with herbs while the turkey is cooking, towards end I take a cup or so of drippings as well, good flavor and no waste
