- 2 cups distilled vinegar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 red bell pepper (julienne)
- 2 green bell pepper (julienne)
- 5 cucumbers (peel and slice 1/8 inch thick)
- wheat bread (As needed, sliced thin)
- roasted pork loin (As needed, sliced)
- pickled vegetables (As needed)
- pork stock (As needed, reduced)
- cilantro (As needed)

Directions
- To assemble sandwich add sliced pork loin and top with pickled vegetables and cilantro.
- Serve with reduced pork broth, seasoned to taste.
- Mix vinegar through salt, bring to a boil and pour over raw peppers.
- Cryovac cucumbers to change the texture.
