- 1 1/2 lb. chicken (skinless, I used both legs and thigh pieces)

- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 dash sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped, for garnishing, optional)
