- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tomatoes (large, chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 10 green chillies
- salt (to taste)
- 3 cups basmati rice
- 1 tsp. shahi jeera
- 2 star anise
- 6 cardamom
- 1 inch canela
- 4 cloves
- 1 black cardamom
- 10 black pepper corns
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. ghee
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- water (as required)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. shahi jeera
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 2 star anise
- 4 cardamom
- 1 inch canela
- 4 cloves
- 1 black cardamom
- nutmeg (a small piece)
- 2 mace
- 1/4 cup dried peach
- coriander leaves (Chopped, and mint leaves, as required)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee
- 3 saffron strands
- 1/4 cup milk (warm)
- 1 Tbsp. rose water (or kewda water)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (+ Water as required ( Mix together and make a smooth dough; make it as chappathi dough like consistency.))
