Description

- 1 spaghetti squash
- 4 tomatoes (large)
- 2 onions (minced)
- lean ground meat
- garlic (minced)
- parsley (minced)
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti squash in boiling water for 45 minutes.
- 2. Plunge the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes and peel them. Puree them and turn them into a coulis.
- 3. Saute the minced onions then add the meat. Add the garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato coulis and continue cooking.
- 4. When the spaghetti squash is cooked, divide it lengthwise and scrape out the spaghetti with a fork. Add the spaghetti to the bolognese sauce and serve.
