- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce

Directions
- Start by heating a little olive oil in a large saucepan. When the oil is hot, brown the onions then add the meat.
- Once the meat is cooked, lower the heat and add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Simmer until it reaches the desired thickness.
- Serve on al dente pasta.
