- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- salt and ground black pepper

Directions
- Whisk together the ketchup, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Mix together the onion, tomato, chile pepper, and bologna and pour the dressing into the bowl. Mix well.
