I always thought I made good chili. After making this, I was depressed, thinking of the years I wasted eating sub par chili. I omitted the beer and added a touch more chili powder, but that was the only adjustments. You will love it the first day, but on the second day reheat, it will make your eyes cross. This fills a large crock pot to the brim. Make this for your next game, you won’t be disappointed. MSU Go Spartans!
