- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)

- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
