This is my second time preparing this and my first batch was delicious. Meat was really tender and flavorful. I give mine a little Soul/Latin touch by adding different color sweet peppers, more garlic, salsa and/or pasta sauce (Rao’s marinara). I also add a mixture of white and Apple cider vinegar. Thanks so much for helping me add another dish to my Keto eating options.
