Really enjoyed. Definitely fixing again. Used strawberry mint instead of plain mint.

Refreshing summer salad! Substituted blueberries with oranges and added sunflower seeds and some spring mix. Delish!

I like this recipe. I used cilantro instead of mint and blackberries instead of blueberries and it was still delicious. My only complaint is that it doesn't keep well. After about 24 hours it went bad, so no leftovers.

I made this for a July 4th BBQ and everyone loved it!! It was very refreshing! It will get "mushy" only if there are any leftovers!

I used high quality red wine vinegar and it turned out great. I can't wait to make it with the balsamic vinegar.
