Delicious! Full of nutty blueberry vanilla goodness! I needed to grind my nuts a bit more because they wouldn't roll into balls. I used a 1 tsp. measure, they stayed together and more so after refrigeration. Soo simple to make! I got about 24 bites out of one batch and at 77 kcals each a pretty good deal!!
