This was sooo good!! My blueberries were sweet so I only added 1/3 cup of sugar. I also added 3 quick shakes of cardamom and a tsp of vanilla.
It baked for exactly 55 minutes. I served it with homemade whipped cream, it was scrumptious.

Followed the recipe exactly and everyone loved it. Making the same recipe again today

Made the filling for mini tarts with my own pie crust (Betty Crocker recipe). Might only need one pie crust instead of double since I didn't put tops on them and had enough dough left over for a whole pie. Made 24 mini tarts with some filling leftover; not sure but will probably make sauce with the remaining. Good filling - I like it better than one that used flour I tried previously. My berries were tart so it may need whipped cream dollops, but we don't like very sweet pie. I omitted the lemon zest and the tablespoon of butter.

Great recipe! I’ve made it using fresh lemon juice and also used lemon extract when I didn’t have fresh lemons

Delicious! Addition of salt, fresh lemon juice and zest brought out the sweetness of fruit. Be sure to measure as you don't want heavy hand with these ingredients. Cinnamon added right amount of warmth to balance the sweetness. I used frozen pie crust to spare time and pie was in the oven in less than 10 minutes.
