    We made them but cut the recipe in half! We still used 1 egg and they turned so fluffy and delish!!!!!!!

    Goid to the last bite. The Lemon juice is the game changer. With or without fruit.

    They turned out freakin beautifully golden brown and the blueberries didn’t pop either all in all it’s a good recipe. I would suggest to maybe back off the butter a bit. They’re saturated in butter. Luckily I didn’t have high cholesterol before this meal lol

    I’ve never been much of a pancake maker- they usually burn- and this was no different. But the recipe carried it through and everyone gobbled down these pancakes like we forgot to eat the day before. Yum!

    Not bad, mixture was a little runny so the blueberries burned on the bottom first time around! Fixed by adding a bit more flour, perf!

    This is by far the best pancake recipe I have found. I substituted blue berries for strawberries and even made with chocolate chips. It's great with any option. Thank you!
