absolutely the easiest thing to make (esp with store bought dough- i didnt make the recipe)! They turned out amazing, a little too amazing as they hardly lasted a night! We inhaled them!

These turned out fantastic! I made them exactly as the recipe states but I had a little too much filling, so I made some more pastry dough (I used her recipe...turned out as expected...great!). Will definitely make these again!

I made the pie dough according to the attached recipe then made the hand pies. Everything turned out fine except that the amount of sugar suggested for the filling is not sufficient. I doubled the sugar for my second batch and they turned out to be excellent.
