The flavor was spot on, but the skin slipped off of the frozen blueberries and made the dough rather wet and mushy, the exposed fruit made the oil splatter terribly. I also made these plain, with extra vanilla, and dipped in cinnamon sugar. I used Namaste gluten-free flour and these turned out perfectly. My first donuts in four years! Definitely one of the best and most fun things I've made.
