This recipe was absolutely delicious and easy to prepare! I made it with fresh picked blueberries. I reserved some blueberries, added a little powdered sugar and lemon juice, and smashed to allow some natural juices to release for the glaze since I didn’t use canned. Very moist and fresh tasting - (although a rich & guilty pleasure due to all the oil and cream cheese!!) I did substitute 1/2 of the vegetable oil for avocado oil, allowing a little healthier alternative without sacrificing flavor and texture.
