Very yummy. I added a handful of extra blueberries. Next time I may try to add white chocolate chips.

These cookies were excellent! I have not made cookies in a long time but they were easy and delicious! I didn’t have almond extract so I subbed in vanilla extract. I mixed the batter one night, let it chill in the fridge all night and baked them the next day. My husband said they are as tasty as his favorite scones but even better because they are softer!

More than 18 servings unless you make the cookies bigger than normal. They reminded me of scones or biscuits. Fluffy, light, and yummy. I would probably add a half cup more of blueberries next time since we like them so much.
