This was SO simple and fast to make AND tastes delicious. I loved having enough to last me all week!! I made it with organic unsweetened almond milk. To consume, plain was great, adding diced strawberries and sliced bananas for a perfect breakfast/dessert/post workout snack with homemade granola. Versatile, was able to make a mixed berry parfait tonight with it and for great reviews. All gluten free and organic, I loved the taste of this fresh blueberry chia pudding recipe. It was just sweet enough for me, I skipped the honey and found that the lemon zest was just right. Thank you!
