- 2 tsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 pinch lemon zest
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 blueberry pie filling (full recipe of Fresh, see below)
- 6 cups fresh blueberries (divided into 4 cups and 2 cups, 3 pints)
- 9 Tbsp. sugar (adjust up or down based on blueberry sweetness/tartness)
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
