Bland. If I make them again, I'll probably add some honey or extra syrup.

It was okay. Nothing wrong with the bars just not bursting with flavor. The bars are edible but just a little bland for me. Will probably not make these again.

Very moist and yummy! If I had to find a complaint I would say they lack a little flavor. Next time I’ll try a mixed berry version!

This recipe was amazing! Perfectly sweet and hearty!

I think I did something wrong because my bars are very dry. Any advice?

Pretty good! I liked how healthy the recipe was - might add a little more sugar next time though 😂

Very good! Has the right chewy texture and the jam is great!

They are delicious, I don't think I let the jam cool enough but will be making them again and checking how the second batch turns out

Cardboard-y and the recipe didn't seem to work.

Yummy. I used a frozen triple berry blend instead of just blueberries and needed a little more sweetener but it worked very well. I thought 6 bars was perfect. One bar and a glass if milk keeps me going most of the morning!
They are in fact quite dense and chewy but they were still yummy and a great option if you need to avoid a lot of ingredients like i do..and are really craving something sweet. I did leave them on the counter in a covered container and they went off way quicker than i thought they would so next time i would store them in the fridge.. my bad!

    It was heavy and chewy

These are so good! The blueberries made it a little too tart for my taste though, so I might make it with maybe strawberries next time. I’m also curious to know how it would taste with lemon zest! Bet it would be delicious! 🍋
    Delicious and simple

The first time, I used apples as that is what I had on hand. This time I am using dye-free organic blueberry pie filling.

Turned out great, made into ten bars instead of twelve, as the twelve made them a bit too small. Really tasty and chewy. Delicious

These turned out really good! I think the jam may have cooked a bit too long because it was pretty hard. I would suggest not turning the heat up as much.. overall great!

I used strawberries instead of blueberries and added a bit of vegan butter to the dough

Not as sweet as I thought it would be, maybe adding a little more sugar. The top was more chewy than crunchy
Turned out great taste and not too sweet!

Cooked well but needed a bit more sweet and salty

Is there a trick to spreading the top layer over the jam? Mine turned out ok but doesn’t look very pretty.

Delicious! I neglected to read reviews before and ran short of mixture for top. I just threw some extra oats on top layer and sprinkled drops of water. Came out wonderfully! I also used 1/4C pure maple syrup instead of 1/3C. Just the right amount of sweetness without taking away from the blueberry & banana flavors.

Delicious! It’s a great grab-and-go breakfast, and it’s surprisingly filling.

Easy recipe. Loved the oat crumb chewy crust! Used blackberry raspberry jam but will use fruit next time as the jam was too sweet. Keeping this recipe. Versatile can be used with many fruits.

It wasn’t bad. I added almond milk to my jam mixture because there wasn’t much with these measurements. The second layer of mixture was kind of tough to spread on top of the jam but overall it turned out pretty good for my first try.
