- 3 bananas (large very ripe, mashed, the riper the banana, the sweeter the cookies!)

Loved them! Moist, simple ingredients. I did add about a T. of maple syrup. Perfect with a cup of coffee. Will see how they taste next day in air tight container and those wrapped and put into the freezer.
