- custard (Blueberry almond, assuming you want to fill them, which I highly recommend. Check out my blueberry almond custard recipe.)
- cupcakes
- blueberry syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- frosting
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2/3 cup blueberry syrup
- 3 cups confectioners sugar (sifted, add more until it reaches your preferred consistency)
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. blueberry syrup (or 6 T if you want all blueberry instead of half)
