Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 5 oz. cheese gorgonzola (blue, or Roquefort, crumbled)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (I used avocado oil mayo - you can get it HERE or cheapest HERE)
- 1/3 cup milk (buttermilk*, whole, heavy whipping, dairy-free, etc. - I've used canned coconut milk many times, adjust according to desired thickness)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (or white vinegar)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (THIS salt is one of my favorites)
- 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic (or garlic powder)
- 3 Tbsp. green onion (or chives, thinly sliced, optional)
