- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (Chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. capers (drained and chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. tomatoes (purée)
- 12 slices bread (thin Italian-style, such as ciabatta)

Directions
- Mix together the Flora, parsley, garlic, capers and tomato purée and spread the mixture over the bread slices.
- Top with tomato slices and scatter the crumbled cheese and basil leaves over.
- Place on baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas 6 for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
