- 2 slices bread (your choice)
- 4 Tbsp. pimento cheese (2 to, recipe below)
- 2 Tbsp. marmalade (tomato, recipe below)
- 2 slices bacon (thick, fully cooked)
- 1 handful baby kale (chard, and/or spinach)
- mayonnaise
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 4 oz. smoked gouda cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 oz. roasted red peppers (drained, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- salt
- pepper (to taste)
- 12 Roma tomatoes (Stem end removed, and sliced into 1/2 inch slices)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 18 fresh basil leaves (medium sized)
- 1 tsp. rosemary leaves (chopped fresh)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper (to taste)
