I gave it only a 4, but it was mostly my inexperience. I hadn't cut deeply enough through the onion, which made it hard to pull apart. I also needed to cook it a bit longer than suggested. That could be my fryer; big enough to fit, but maybe cooled too much. I will try again, though, because it definitely tasted great!
