- 3 Tbsp. rub (McCormick® Grill Mates® Applewood)
- 2 Tbsp. coarse sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. cooked bacon (finely chopped crisply)
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 8 oz. vodka
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 8 celery sticks (charred)

Directions
- For the Applewood Bacon Grilling Salt, mix all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Place about 2 tablespoons of the Grilling Salt on small plate. Wet outside rims of beverage glasses with water. Dip glasses into Grilling Salt to coat.
- For the Bloody Mary, mix tomato juice, vodka and lemon juice in pitcher. Pour into ice-filled beverage glasses. Serve each with a charred celery stick.
