- Heat a skillet on medium heat. Coat the skillet with vegetable oil.
- Cook the tomatoes and chile pepper for about 5 minutes until the pepper softens. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Add the tomatoes, pepper, and salt to a food processor. Puree well until a sauce forms.
- Pour the sauce into a bowl and add the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything together and serve.
