- 2 tsp. ginger juice (fresh, or 1 teaspoon ginger paste)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fat free greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 3 cups chopped kale
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 2 beets (medium cooked, peeled, chopped)
- 1/2 medium red onion (diced)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (finely, choice like mint or thyme, basil, etc.)
- 4 blood oranges (medium, peeled, seeded and sliced crosswise)
