Mine werent the best looking pankcakes but they tasted pretty good. similar texture and taste to the tofu chocolate chip cookies I got from Yummly. my batter was very think, chunky even, so I added abit for almond milk and extra cinnamon..snd dome chocolate chips to the mix. I also had to skip the vanilla extract but it all seemed to work out ok.
