- 2 cans unsweetened coconut milk (high-fat, (I use this brand), (13.5oz/398ml))
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 5 Tbsp. cacao powder (or about half the can, 5.4 oz/160ml, I use this brand)
- 4 Tbsp. coffee (cold, or less) (to overpower any coconut flavor and turn it into mocha chocolate - add 1 tbsp at a time and stir the mixture. Stop if the texture is becoming too watery))
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper ((to overpower any coconut flavor and turn it into Mayan Chocolate - you should taste-test and add more if you'd like))
- chocolate chip cookies (mix in chunks of vegan chocolate chip cookie dough (my vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough recipe here.))
