I love this blender recipe! I use a food processor. We have muffins weekly for snacks for work and school and I was looking for a recipe that packed more nutritional punch but still tasted good - that is this one!! Last week I added raspberries and it was delish - this week chocolate chips and walnuts for my sweet tooth family!

Muffins are a little bit hard and dense but they taste really better than i expected. I wanted them be more soft but maybe smth went wrong😂

Delicious! I used a mini-muffin pan, so the difference in texture wasn’t as evident. Will definitely make again.

I make this recipe at least weekly for my grandsons' breakfasts. They love them, and I like them eating all these good ingredients. If the bananas are ripe enough, there's no need for the honey. I don't use chocolate chips in theirs (though they're delicious that way) but add different things at the end. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, coconut, apple, dates--all work well. Just make sure the fruit is as dry as possible before adding.
