- 300 grams mushrooms (champignons de Paris about 24, halved or quartered depending on size)

- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 lemon (unwaxed)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (fleur de sel, plus few turns of the peppermill to taste)
