I want to put that rub on everything! Seasoning goes very well together and a great contrast to the light flaky fish. KUDOS!

This was amazing! I think I might not use like next time though! The sweetness threw me off a little, but still great! Will make this again!

Very delicious. It was not very spicy and I was left with a lot of the Cajun mix left. If you want it spicier make sure to add more. For me it was not spicy at all but I have a high spice tolerance

I cook this at least once a month. Really easy and gives the tilapia a ton of flavor.

The tilapia turned out great. Just the right amount of heat and crunch to the surface of the filet.

Family loved it and ate all the fish and asked for more. Went well with grilled zucchini spears in Parmesan cheese. For a family of 4 we needed more.

This is awesome! When sautéing the heat shouldn’t be too high in case the internal is not flakey enough.

I love this recipe! When I make the spice, I will make much more than the recipe calls for so I can store the spice mix. Then the next time we make it, I just need to shake on the spices. We’ve also thrown this on the traeger and it was great! Also cooks well in the oven.

This was not a very good spice mix. I think it was too salty and not spicy enough.
