    I really enjoyed this recipe. I had no cumin so I substituted it with fennel seeds and it was really good I added extra cayenne so it had a bite.

    It was a very good blend of prices. Slightly sweet with a little bit of a kick, but not over dramatized. Will definitely make it again, may try with other meats and will share with family and friends.

    Very delicious. It was not very spicy and I was left with a lot of the Cajun mix left. If you want it spicier make sure to add more. For me it was not spicy at all but I have a high spice tolerance
