Wonderful blackened seasoning, will try with fish too!
I cooked our shrimp in a large pan, added extra olive oil for dipping baguette in, just scrumptious!

I incorporated this with another recipe, but made this seasoning, although I had to use chili powder insread of cayenne and had no onion powder and added brown sugar. it was very good! Can't wait to do this with chicken!
