- 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Organic Blackberry Pomegranate Fruit Spread
- 1 Tbsp. truRoots Organic Chia Seeds
- 6 oz. blackberries (fresh)
- 6 oz. fresh red raspberries
- 1 cup truRoots Accents Organic Sprouted Quinoa Trio (cooked)
- 1 1/3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon peel (grated fresh)
- 4 lemon slices (for garnish, optional)

Directions
- COMBINE fruit spread and chia seeds in medium bowl. Stir in berries and quinoa. Combine yogurt and lemon peel in small bowl.
- DIVIDE half of quinoa mixture evenly into 4 parfait glasses. Reserve 2 tablespoons yogurt for garnish. Top quinoa mixture with 1/3 cup yogurt. Divide and spoon remaining quinoa mixture over yogurt. Top with dollop of yogurt and lemon slice. Chill.
- Use 1/3 quinoa and 1/2 cup water to make 1 cup cooked quinoa. See package for cooking instructions.
