- 400 grams Brussels sprouts (cut in half, remove outer shell)
- 2/3 head broccoli (of one, remove stem*, cut into small florets)
- 75 grams bacon (chop into small pieces. 1/3 cup)
- 1/2 sprig fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (or 1/4 tsp dried thyme)
- 6 Tbsp. garlic sauce (5-, lemon, see below. can be omitted and only coat with olive oil)
- 3 tsp. balsamic glaze (blackberry, see below. can use normal balsamic glaze)
- 1 tsp. honey (or maple syrup, agave or similar)
- fresh blackberries (handful, or other sweet berry/fruit)
- 1/2 sprig fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (or 1/4 tsp dried thyme)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
- 60 mL olive oil (1/4 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon (and tsp)
- 1 Tbsp. juice (and 1 tsp)
- 125 mL balsamic vinegar (1/2 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey, agave or similar)
- 1 tsp. fresh basil
- 75 grams blackberries (fresh, 1/2 cup)
