Directions
- Fill the KitchenAid® Sparkling Beverage Maker carbonating bottle with cold water to the fill line. Make sure the handle on the Sparkling Beverage Maker is in fully raised position and the bottle loading lever is pulled forward. Insert the carbonating bottle into the Sparkling Beverage Maker and carbonate the water in short pulses by pulling down the carbonation lever firmly and then allowing the lever to return to a middle rest position until you have achieved your desired carbonation level. Chill the carbonated water in the bottle in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Next muddle together the fresh mint leaves, lime juice, elderflower liqueur or syrup, and agave syrup with a wooden spoon in a medium pitcher until the mint is mashed and soft.
- Add the blackberries and cold sparkling water to the pitcher and mix together.
- Serve in cocktail glasses straight up or over shaved ice with additional lime wedges for garnish.
