- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (** you can also use store-bought blackened seasoning in place of all these herbs and spices **)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon, juiced)
- 4 cloves garlic (very finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (spicy)
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- salt (to taste)
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 romaine (hearts, chopped into bite size pieces and thoroughly washed)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (sliced)
- 3 slices bacon (cooked, drained, and crumbled)
- 2 oz. blue cheese (crumbles)
- 1 cup croutons
