- 1 Tbsp. cassis liqueur
- 1 Tbsp. coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
- 2 peppercorns (longberry)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil (– I used sunflower ‘cuz its what I had)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted – I used lactose-free)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 220 grams blueberries
- 1 cup blackberry (purée – see recipe above)
- 200 mL whipping cream (– I used vegetable-based)
- 200 grams sheep (’s milk yoghurt)
- yoghurt (or Greek full-fat, – it should be thick)
- 1 Tbsp. agave syrup (or honey)
