- 2 tsp. chili paste

- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup firm tofu (cubed)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil (high-heat, grapeseed oil is great for this)
- 1 pinch salt (as needed)
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 10 Brussels sprouts (small, trimmed and halved)
- 1 bunch kale (stemmed and torn)
- 3 cups green beans (chopped)
- 1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
- 1 can baby corn
- chili paste (optional)
