    Loved this changed it a bit just because I used what I had on hand looked up a recipe to use my left over black rice from fridge and previous nights meal left out the parsley almonds and red onion but cooked up a breast of seasoned chicken and then diced and added as I had not as much black rice as stated and wanted a meal not side dish but the dressing was yum and the chicken went in well with the other flavours
