- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 12 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 1/2 cups confectioners sugar (sift or aerate before using.)
- 1 cup cocoa powder (natural style)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk (or sour cream)
- 8 Tbsp. cream (half and half or a mixture of, and whole milk)
