- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (halved, or quartered if they are on the bigger side)
- 1/2 large cucumber (diced)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 6 cups baby greens (I used kale, chard and spinach)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 liquid smoke (optional)
