Delicious…
But needed a bit extra…
I fried two chopped onions first in rapeseed oil and then added a dozen plump (chopped) fresh tomatoes as well as 500g (dry) black eyed beans instead of peas.
PS: I’m bad at following recipes, I use them more of a guideline!

It wasn’t bad or fantastic. I did add chili flakes and garlic salt. I couldn’t find low sodium vegetable broth but that was fine. I might make it again to see what can be added for more flavor. It was just ok.

This wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad either. It was a bit on the bland side even though I did not use the low sodium broth and even added some more salt. I used fresh tomatoes. I also used baby spinach because a) I could not find any collard greens and b) I don’t particularly care for them. I would make again but it’s not high on my list of redos.

Followed the recipe exactly as written. Came out somewhat bland. Wish it wasn’t so watery.

Delicious soup and very filling! Great with vegan butter and bread! I will definitely be making it again, but with more beans - one can was definitely not enough.

I changed it completely! lol I used frozen black eyed peas. I sautéed onions, carrots, and celery added the peas along with a wide variety of spices including smoked paprika. It's so freaking delish!!!

Really good. Very simple and fresh(but I used all fresh items not canned) I also added some white onion and maybe next time some garlic. But great and simple.

Very good. Cheap and easy to make and was a crowd pleaser! Served with corn bread. Yum!

This was pretty good. My husband thought there was too much broth and not enough potatoes, but I liked it a lot. it was better the next day.

This recipe was very filling and pleasant for a winter evening. I added onion and garlic with the collard greens at the beginning. Might add an extra cab of black eyed peas next time but overall it was good!

Really delicious! I may add onion next time! Very flavorful. I let it sit overnight and was amazed with the robust flavored. Loved it!

This was so good! I mixed in a can of organic sweet corn and when it was done I sprinkled in some sharp cheddar cheese. Will definitely make again!

Awesome! I used white chili beans (Northern beans) - drained & rinsed - and salt free seasoning. Turned out very good. Followed by a watermelon/blueberry salad. Very filling!
