This turned out very good. Friends really liked it. I reduced water to 2.5 cups and it had a great consistency and taste. Thanks for recipe.

It was awesome. I cooked dried black eyed peas in my instant pot with bay and seasonings, and used the broth from it to make the soup. Took it to work and everyone raves about it.
Making it again tonight.
