  • 1 onion
  • yellow bell peppers (red and, chopped fine - 1 tbsp each, you can add more if you wish)
  • fresh mint leaves (chopped fine - 2 tbsp)
  • fresh coriander (chopped fine - 2 tbsp)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 green chili (finely chopped can also be added, I haven't.)

    i couldn't make patties as they were falling apart. the taste was bland. the guests said with the yoghurt dressing they were ok, but too long of a procedure and no good results to try again.

    Wonderful, I used brown beans and I did add green chili. We loved them, with the yogurt dressing they traste great. I will be making them again.
