We love this recipe. I add a diced mango. Easy and a good recipe to make ahead- just add the avocado right before serving.

This turned out wonderful! Used aboit half lime juice and olive oil. Took this to work lotluck and co-workers loved and raved abkut how colorful it was. I forgot the avocado at home so ate without, and still tasted just as good.
